Its anodized aluminum base, carriage, and knife cover are corrosion-resistant and easily wiped clean. The carriage system, top-mounted ceramic sharpener, and product deflector are removable for an easier and quicker cleaning process. The rear-mounted meat grip is also removable and comes with a conveniently contoured handle. This EDGE13-11 has a poly-V belt drive system and a 1-speed drive motor. It is engineered for manual use but does have a 1/2 horsepower motor.
