The Muscle D Elite Leverage Abdominal Crunch LAC is a fully commercially-rated plate-loaded resistance machine for complete abdominal and core training.
The Muscle D Elite Leverage Abdominal Crunch allows the seat to rotate 90 degrees to isolate the abs and oblique muscles. Foot rollers maintain the legs in place while the user is lifting the legs upwards to target the isolation of the lower abs. A long-hand grip bar offers different user grip positions to micro-adjust the crunch exercise.
Load your plates onto the weight horn for increased strength training. Extra weight plate storage pegs are provided for those plates not in use. The welded heavy-duty 11-gauge steel frame has a sleek appearance created through oval tube steel. Electrostatic powder coating insures the frame finish is scratch-free and ding-resistant for long-term, heavy use. A high-density, molded foam seat and back pad offer greater comfort & durability that complement the spring-assist adjustable seat to accommodate any user height.
