All warranty claims include free replacement parts and free shipping on those parts. Labor is the responsibility of the installer/owner. Claims are reviewed by Katool's service department and may require supporting photos or video of the defect. Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is reviewed โ doing so may void the warranty.
Shipping & Delivery
Please keep the following in mind when planning for delivery:
- Freight shipping only โ delivered via LTL carrier on a pallet
- The buyer is responsible for unloading from the truck โ consider having forklift access or a loading dock available
- The buyer is responsible for any re-delivery charges if delivery is missed
- Inspect the product carefully before signing the Bill of Lading or delivery receipt โ buyer satisfaction is assumed if no damages are noted at time of delivery
